Something's Cooking In The Kitchen

This is the first real sign of our kitchen. It is the work "Stove" scrawled on the 2x4 where our future stove will be!

We Rogues of Wool

I am determined to fill our new home with loads of handmade items. This is the beginning of a rainbow striped wool blanket.

Up On The Roof...

I guess when you start any work on a house, there is a snowball effect. We didn't realize that we would be adding a new roof during this project, but alas, we are the proud owners of brand new shiny shingles.

On The Floor

I wish we could keep the yummy underfloor as our actual floor. Such delicious texture underfoot.

We are starting to fill the holes where windows go. The big empty wall will be a frosted window by our shower.
